Delivery and FAQ

Dispatch 

We send to UK and Europe, with the exception of some products which are UK delivery only. 

For off the shelf, in stock items we aim to send your order within 1-2 working days. If it's any longer than this we will advise you. 

 

Making a Purchase 

This couldn't be easier. Simply browse our online shop and add items to your basket. After you've finished selecting products, choose how you would like to pay, put in any discount codes that you have and complete the payment process. 

We accept orders online via a secure debit/credit card facility or via PayPal. We also accept telephone orders.  We do not accept cheques or postal orders. 

Payment and Security 

For card payments your details are entered via a secure PCI DSS compliant server. We are also 3D secure.  We also accept payment via PayPal. 

Shipping and Handling. 

Delivery is within the UK and EC Europe. Our postage and packing costs are dependent on the items in your order and your delivery location. If we have to dispatch items separately there will be no extra cost to you, the customer. Postage is £3.95 or free on purchases over £30 to mainland UK

P & P costs are shown at the checkout however we reserve the right to hold any order where actual P&P differs widely from the online amount charged online. In such cases we will contact you if postage costs are going to be higher than those stated when you placed the order.
